Quotations and Estimates

Project Timeline

Any estimated completion date is subject to site conditions, timely payments, material availability, approvals, weather, labour availability, force majeure and other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate information and timely decisions, approvals, documents and access to the project site.

Delays caused by the client may affect the project schedule and cost.

Regulatory Approvals

Unless expressly included in the project agreement, government permissions, approvals, NOCs, statutory fees and other regulatory requirements remain the responsibility of the client or the designated party.

Intellectual Property

Drawings, designs, estimates, photographs, documents, logos, website content and other materials created by or belonging to PariBekh INFRAWORKS remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or commercially used without permission.

Limitation

PariBekh INFRAWORKS shall not be responsible for delays or additional costs arising from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, government restrictions, material shortages, transportation disruptions or other force-majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of India.

Subject to applicable law and the dispute-resolution provisions of a project agreement, disputes shall be subject to the appropriate courts/authorities having jurisdiction over the relevant matter and location.
