Refund Policy – PariBekh INFRAWORKS
Because construction and professional services are generally customised according to individual project requirements, refund eligibility depends on the nature and stage of the service.
Consultation Fees
Where a consultation or professional service fee has been paid, the fee may be non-refundable once the consultation/service has been provided, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Design and Planning Services
Payments made for architectural planning, drawings, estimates, structural/design consultancy or other professional services may become non-refundable once work has commenced or deliverables have been prepared.
If cancellation occurs before work begins, any eligible refund will be determined based on the work already performed and documented expenses incurred.
Construction Advance
Construction advances are normally allocated toward:
- Materials
- Labour
- Mobilisation
- Site preparation
- Procurement
- Design/planning
- Other project expenses
Therefore, an advance is not automatically refundable after project work or procurement has commenced.
Approved Additional Work
Amounts paid for approved additional work, customised materials or specially procured items may not be refundable where the cost has already been incurred.
Refund Requests
Refund requests should be submitted in writing to:

- Client name
- Project details
- Payment date
- Amount paid
- Reason for refund request
- Relevant payment/transaction details
Refund Assessment
Each refund request will be reviewed based on:
- Work completed
- Materials purchased
- Expenses incurred
- Services already provided
- Contract terms
- Cancellation circumstances
- Applicable law
Approved Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method, subject to applicable payment-processing timelines.
No Automatic Refund
Payment of an advance or booking amount does not automatically create a right to a full refund.
The specific terms of the signed quotation, work order or project agreement will apply.
Refund eligibility is determined by the nature of the service, work already performed, expenses incurred and the applicable project agreement.
